This 2-bedroom house features a bright and airy living room, a spacious kitchen, and a bonus sunroom ideal for relaxing with family or friends. The fenced and furnished back patio with a BBQ grill, adjacent to the communal historic outdoor fireplace offers a perfect spot for outdoor gatherings. ACCOMMODATIONS: The villa offers three comfortable bedrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. The master bedroom includes an attached casita that can be unlocked for extra space, adding room for three more guests if needed.
